Shipping and Returns:
Shipping:
Loom & Hide ships Nationwide. All orders are made to order with the utmost attention to detail. Production times are typically 4-5 weeks. Shipping takes 2-7 working days depending on what region we need to ship to. Your shipping charges will be calculated and made known to you during the checkout process.
Damages or irregularities with your order:
Upon receiving your order, please unwrap your order and carefully inspect each item. Please contact us immediately if any item is damaged or defective so we can evaluate the problem and resolve it.
Returns:
Should a return be necessary, you may return your items within 7 days of receiving delivery. All items must be in the same condition that you received them, unused and in original packaging.
To log a return request, please email us on info@loomandhide.co.za detailing the reason for return. We will contact you to confirm the details and reason for the return request and if the return is accepted, we will assist you with the returns process. Handling costs may apply.
Items sent back to us without logging a return request will not be accepted.
Refunds:
Once we have inspected your returned item/s we will contact you to let you know if the refund has been approved or not. Approved refunds will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please be aware that refunds can take up to 5 business days to process depending on your bank.
Refund exceptions:
Refunds for customized orders will not be refunded.
